Leaks in compressed air systems can cause thousands of dollars in losses. The detection of leaks is an important maintenance requirement which traditionally can be done by soapy water, however this is messy, time consuming and costly. Using the S530 ultrasonic leak detector not only saves time but improves the efficiency and accuracy of leak detection.

Features

When gas leaks are leaking through tubes and tanks an ultrasonic sound is produced which can be detected by S530 even from several meter distance. S530 transforms these inaudible signals into a frequency which can be easily heard by using the supplied noise isolated headset. The integrated laser pointer helps to spot the leak from distance. In unpressurized systems an ultrasonic tone generator can be used to generate a detectable sound for the S530 allowing the user to identify even the smallest of issues.
