DPS Series (DPS 125~1470)
The Series DPS 120-630 adsorption dryers dry compressed air to pressure dew points as low as -70°C, preventing condensation and liquid water formation. An optional downstream activated carbon oil vapor adsorber can be added for further purification.
These dryers feature welded and coated steel vessels, pressure-rated up to 11 bar, with zinc-coated piping and individual valves designed for low differential pressure. They use pneumatically controlled 3/2-way ball valves and angle valves from reputable manufacturers. The valves operate with a time delay to prevent overlap. The dryers contain a 2-layer desiccant bed (20% water-resistant silica gel and 80% molecular sieve), while generously sized silencers reduce noise emissions to 75 dB(A) or lower.
Standard features include pressure gauges, while pre-filters and after-filters are optional. The C1 control unit with a plain-text display manages all operating modes and supports independent operation or system integration. With an optional dew-point sensor, the dryer can adjust to load conditions, achieving energy savings of 20-70% through variable cycle mode.
